“So this guy is all like, ‘oh, hey mom; I like your pet’ and then it dies. The guy’s dad snuffs it soon after, and everyone’s pets get stolen by this dude who already had a pet, so like – rude! Time for a sad moment and our guy gets pep talks from his mom and… a pirate, I guess?

“Anyway, pep talk over; guy’s like ‘I want my pet back’ – I feel like his mom was thinking the same thing, but it’d’ve been a downer if she’d said it or something (you know, since hers was dead and all that) so she just kinda nods. Then him, his mom, the pirate, and the other peeps that were there all grab some pets that hadn’t been stolen for some reason and head after the dude.

“Guy finds his pet and he’s all like ‘I’m your friend, bro!’ – and pet’s like ‘oh, yeah, totally’ – so they win. And then guy’s pet starts glowing and beats up dude’s pet until it runs away. Guy gets made king of the pirates by this old lady that’s like three inches tall, and his pet’s like ‘hey; twinsees!’ ‘cus he gets made king of the pets, too.

“They talk for a bit, and I think guy gets lucky with the hot one off-screen. Any questions?”
