LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

The Special Resources Bureau hereby appoints HU CUITING a trainee Fox Spirit of the Fox Office. If you complete ten years with an average mark of 85% of the annual assessments, you will be granted an official position as a Deity Fox.

You will be able to access your Deity Studies account via the given username and password, which are enclosed in the envelope. Please beware that the first Annual Fox Meeting takes place at midnight on 2nd August, 2020 (15^th of the seventh lunar month), in the Green Clouds Palace on Mount Tai. You will need your spell-bound ID Badge to access the entrance.

Please also read and follow the ‘Regulations on Privacy and Confidentiality Regarding Spiritual and Supernatural Beings in PRC, 8^th Edition’, which is also enclosed in the envelope. We must ask you to obey the relevant privacy rules. If you need assistance with maintaining the appearance of ordinary human life, please contact our support team at hls.srb@mhorss.gov.cn.

As one of the oldest species with magical powers in the history of China, it is our duty to inherit essence of the traditions of our ancestors and enhance their spirit of dedication, diligence, as well as their pursuit of knowledge and wisdom.

The Fox Office was established in 1952, as an attempt to better help all Spiritual Foxes gain access to the ladder that leads up to Deity if they wish. The history of the Office has witnessed many changes, however, our aims remain the same: we want to maintain the good relationship with our human cousins, and help all Spiritual Foxes to blend in with ordinary human life, while fulfilling our duties as household guardians.

If a Spiritual Fox wishes to marry a human, or already has human family, they will need to register with the Office and submit a Human Connection Form.

The Office strongly condemns immoral behaviour such as using one’s powers to confuse, harm, or seduce humans; once discovered, such offences will receive relevant punishment.
